I came up with this dish when I couldn't make a certain someone's dish from here because she forbade me to substitute an ingredient. LOL I already had chicken thawed and fresh mushrooms. I also had a lot of fresh sage I needed to use up. Hope you ... More

Mmmmmm mmmmmmmm!!! I LOVE sage and chicken, and the creamier the better, you know, so this is goin' on the list...I already told you my next one up's picked, but this won't be far behind. As for that person not letting you sub an ingredient??? What was she thinking? It's not like you wanted to sub fresh spinach for frozen broccoli or anything odd like that, I'm sure...what a bitch! ;) hehehe

Sounds great....And I totally agree with Keni about the person who "forbad" you to make a substitute...Who are they to tell you what to do in your kitchen?..:)

OH GOOD GRIEF! She "FORBADE" you to substitute? ROFLMAO...it would be infuritating if it weren't so damn absurd...how in the heck did she think she was gonna enforce it??? Send the foodie police? ha ha ha OH...I'm sure it was maddening to you at the time, but, sorry...that just strikes me funny that someone would be so absurd! Anyway...recipe sounds great. I make something similar, but, am so bad to use the same old spices. Never tried with thyme and/or tarragon! I will definately give it a try!
