True comfort food. Easy creamy and cheesy mac & cheese.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. package of Macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 cups of cheese, grated (your favorite) - I use cheddar
- 1/2 cup velveeta
- 1 egg
- 2 cups of milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Grease crock pot with non stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients, saving 1 cup of cheese to sprinkle on top 1/2 way through cooking. Cook on low for 3 hours. This recipe can be easily doubled.

Sounds good! My kids are mac & cheese freaks! Might I suggest adding a touch of onion powder to the mix-- it slightly changes the taste-- for that "homemade' balance!

I used and doubled this recipe for my school's Thanksgiving Feast. I added an extra 1/2 cup of velveeta by accident, but it came out extra cheesy. It was a big hit! Thanks!
