Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

This is a one pan meal that's in the oven in 15 mins. Potatoes are crispy like french fries. This is from allrecipes.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs shopping list
- 6 small red potatoes,quartered shopping list
- 1/2c extra virgin olive oil or as needed shopping list
- 1Tbs chopped fresh rosemary shopping list
- 11/2tsp chopped fresh oregano shopping list
- 11/2tsp garlic powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place chicken and potatoes in large bowl. Pour olive oil over them,and stir to coat. Scatter the chicken and potato pieces in a large baking dish or cookie sheet with sides.
- Sprinkle with rosemary,oregano,garlic powder,salt and pepper.
- Bake for 1 hour in preheated oven,uncovered. Baste during last 15 mins for extra crispness.
