Ingredients

How to make it

  • ***Prep time includes chilling time***
  • Cut butter into small pieces and put in small saucepan over low heat. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in confectioner's sugar as necessary to form a pliable mass. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
  • Roll filling into small balls and dip in melted chocolate with fork; tap against pan to shake off excess chocolate. Place on waxed paper to set. Store candies in airtight container for up to two weeks.

I HAVE to make this! My nieces love peanut butter flavor and I can see this a winner! I think it would be great to give this away as well. Thanks Natalie :0)

these are great! the best part is rolling them in chocolate and licking off your fingers when you're all done, unless you take the toothpick or skewer route.

I have never had luck dipping in chocolate. I've tried forks, skewers, toothpicks, spoons etc. but always have a mess! Is there a trick?
