  • 4 DOZEN LITTLENECK CLAMS
  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED CILANTRO
  • 2 TEASPOONS CHOPPED GARLIC
  • 1/2 CUP RED WINE
  • 1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED JALAPENOS
  • LIME BUTTER
  • 1/2 CUP BUTTER
  • 1/4 CUP FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE

Directions
  1. RINSE CLAMS AND DRAIN
  2. IN LARGE SAUCEPAN WITH LID BRING REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO A BOIL
  3. ADD CLAMS AND COVER
  4. COOK 5 TO 7 MINUTES OR UNTIL CLAMS OPEN
  5. LIME BUTTER
  6. MELT BUTTER
  7. ADD LIME JUICE
  8. SERVE WITH CLAMS
