Citrus Crown Cake

Turn a simple cake mix into a wonderful moist delight. So many great flavors to enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 Extra moist lemon cake mix shopping list
- 1 jar (12 oz) orange marmalade shopping list
- 2/3 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter - melted shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease & flour 10 inch Bundt pan
- Combine marmalade, coconut & melted butter in a small bowl
- Pour evenly into bottom of pan
- Prepare cake mix according to pkg directions
- Pour batter over marmalade mixture
- Bake for 50 - 55 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
- Cool cake in pan 10 mins
- Invert cake onto a serving plate & cool completely
