Hersheys Perfectly Chocolate Cake

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup Hershey's cocoa shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil,
- and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in boiling water. (Batter will be thin).
- Pour into two 9" round greased and floured pans. Bake 30-35 minutes . Cool 10 minutes.
- Remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely.
- Frost with your favorite frosting.

Great old recipe! I love cakes with cocoa in them, would rather use cocoa than solid chocolate any day.
