Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel and cut potatoes in half and place into a large pot, cover with water salt generously and bring to a boil.
  • Cook potatoes over medium low heat until tender but still firm.
  • Drain water, put potatoes into serving bowl
  • Combine all the other ingredients with potatoes, stir well and let sit all day.
  • Serve warm but not hot.

    This is how I usually do roasted red potatoes, but never thought to add the Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, red wine vinegar and sugar. I think that's really going to give these gems the 'wow' factor. Can't wait to try it!

    When I saw the red potatoes in this dish I became elated because I just dug some from my garden.
    One of my dads and my favorite recipes is Veal potatoes and tomatoes which is just like this, only we added veal chops and simmered them until tender.
