Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cook grits according to package directions; remove from heat.
  • Add two cups of cheese, milk, ground red pepper, and 3 slices crumbled bacon; stir well.
  • Pour into a buttered 3 quart baking dish.
  • Top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Can be made the night before then pulled out and baked.

    Jeez, this looks good! The only grits I've had is at the Cracker Barrel restaurant, and they are delicious...but this looks just great!
