- 14.75 ounces salmon (one can)
- 1 Cup bread crumbs
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 Cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 eggs (or egg substitute)
- 1 Cup hollandaise sauce

Ingredients

14.75 ounces salmon (one can) shopping list
1 Cup bread crumbs shopping list
2 scallions, chopped shopping list
2 Cups fresh spinach, chopped shopping list
2 eggs (or egg substitute) shopping list
1 Cup hollandaise sauce shopping list

How to make it

Mix the salmon in a casserole dish with everything except the hollandaise.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
slice and cover with hollandaise sauce.
Serve.
