Ingredients
  • 14.75 ounces salmon (one can)
  • 1 Cup bread crumbs
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 Cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 eggs (or egg substitute)
  • 1 Cup hollandaise sauce

Directions
  1. Mix the salmon in a casserole dish with everything except the hollandaise.
  2. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  3. slice and cover with hollandaise sauce.
  4. Serve.
