This is a great dip for Nachos while watching Sunday Football.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package of hot dogs
  • 1 can of tomatoe sauce
  • 2-3 hot Jalepeneo peppers
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can kidney beans or black beans
  • 1 package of shredded cheese-your choice, I use cheddar
  • 1 bag nacho chips.

Directions
  1. Slice hot dogs into small slices and cook in pan with ground beef.
  2. Chop up peppers, onion and add to meat.
  3. Toss in remaining ingredients EXCEPT CHEESE AND NACHOS and cook until all is nice and tender.
  4. Place nachos on a plate and spoon mixture onto the nachos and cover with shredded cheese.
  5. Pop into the microwave until cheese is melted and enjoy.
