Ingredients

How to make it

  • Blend butter and 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • Add zest, lime juice and vanilla
  • Add flour, salt and cornstarch in sep bowl
  • Then add to butter mix
  • Gather into a ball
  • With lightly floured hands roll the dough into 2 long strips about 2"thick
  • Wrap in wax paper and freeze at least one hour
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • slice into 1/4" slices and bake 13-15 mins until lightly browned
  • when slightly cooled roll in the remaining powdered sugar.

    This cookie sounds delicious! I'd dip them in some dark chocolate. Lime and chocolate is such a great flavor! I'll be making your cookie recipe this year for my gift baskets. In fact, I just might make some today! Thank you for the new recipe!
