Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. gorund beef
- 1 can tomatoe soup {reg. size}
Directions
- Arrange layers of potatoes onion and cabbage in 2 quart baking dish
- Sprikle with salt and pepper
- Place ground beef over vegetables completely covering
- Pour soup over meat
- Bake at 400 for 1 hour
- Makes 6-8 servings

2256 thanks for comment and bozwa can cook the hamburger first if ya choose at 400 degrees at 1hour it will cook with other ingredients
