My sister-in-law just described this recipe to me last week. It was her Mother's favorite and her mother called it Prism Cake because when you cut into it, the jello looks like glass and all of the colors in a Prism. I'm definitely happy to see traditional recipes being shared. Life is good, food is good, food is life. Thank you.

Good morning friend, just checking out your public page, trying to get a little history on you, and I was checking out some of your recipes and I ran into this one (no, I didn't hurt my self)LOL. Anyway, It was many, many years ago (more than 30) how I remember, I don't know. But I was in the hospital and at dinner time they served this for dessert, I have always wanted to know the recipe for this. Its amazing after all these years I remember this dessert. You have my 5 on this recipe. Thank you for sharing. Have a wonderful day....Cheryl PS I didn't even know the name of it.
