- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 cup cold water shopping list
- 1 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1 pkg each of any 3 oz. flavor gelatin shopping list
- 4-1/2 cup boiling water shopping list
- 16 oz. Cool whip topping divided shopping list
How to make it
- Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water.
- Boil pineapple juice and stir into unflavored gelatin and set aside to thicken (about 3-4 hours)
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter and nuts and then press into a 13 x 9 pan which has been lightly greased on bottom only, CHILL
- Place the three gelatins into 3 separate bowls. Add 1-1/2 cup of boiling water into each bowl, stir until gelatin is dissolved.
- Pour each into 3 (8 x 4) loaf pans which have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Chill each till firm.
- In a large bowl, place 8 oz of Cool Whip, fold in the thickened pineapple gelatin mixture.
- Remove the 3 loaf pans and cut each pan into 1" cubes and gently fold all 3 gelatins into the Cool Whip mixture.
- Spoon Cool Whip/Gelatin mixture over the chilled crust.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the gelatin mixture.
- Chill for atleast 3 hours.
