Lahori Chargha...Pieces of chicken marinated in yogurt & spices,cooked and fried till tender.After marinating the chicken,you can either bake
it in oven,grill it or steam roast it in a pan but try out this method and enjoy!!!

This can be also called "Chicken Tikka in a pot/pan".To give it a Bar-b-Que touch,after cooking the chicken,remove from heat.Separately heat a piece of coal until red hot,place it in a small bowl inside the pot/pan.Pour 1 tsp ghee/butter/oil over coal and cover the pot.Open after few minutes.
