Soba (buck wheats) noodles is typical Japanese pasta, normally served with soy sauce, but this dish is not! With Italian Pesto (Basil source) and ginger.

Many thanks for your comment! I don't think Miso works with Soba and Pesto. If you meant Miso and ginger, it works well with soba! That combination is typical Japanese and add Sesame oil is perfect.
