How to make it

  • Boil Soba (Buck wheat noodles) with package instructions.
  • Mix with Pesto (Basil paste) and chopped ginger.
  • That's it!

    Hi Michael,

    Many thanks for your comment! I don't think Miso works with Soba and Pesto. If you meant Miso and ginger, it works well with soba! That combination is typical Japanese and add Sesame oil is perfect.
    I am preparing some Miso recipes for the group. Cheers!
