Pumpkin pear bread

- 1 1/2c. mashed pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2c. mashed ripe pears (canned or very ripe!) shopping list
- 1c. sugar shopping list
- 1/4c. applesauce shopping list
- 1/4c. oil shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 1/4c. flour (wheat or white) shopping list
- 1T. cinnamon shopping list
- 1t. baking powder shopping list
- 1t. baking soda shopping list
- 1t. ground cloves shopping list
- 1t. ginger shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together the first 6 ingredients. And the remaing ingredients till moisted, just till blended.
- Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for 50-60min. Or till knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 min. then remove from pan. Cut when cooled.
- Yields: 2 loaves, 12 slices per loaf

I just had my first slice of this bread and it's delicious! I used whole wheat pastry flour and it's still moist and light as a feather. A definite winner.
