How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix flour, sugar and butter together and press batter into the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix the raspberries, OJ, and cornstarch together in a 1 quart pot.
  • Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute, then let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crust.
  • Spoon raspberry mixture over crust and chips and spread evenly.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until raspberry mixture is set.
  • Remove from oven and let cool. Drizzle with more melted chocolate if desired.

    Yeah, when CAN I come? This job keeps going on and on...just my luck! But hopefully before my little Maggie starts school - I can't be there on her first day...I would cry too hard and probably traumatize her.
