Sauted Asparagus With Garlic Recipe

Ingredients

6 cloves of garlic, minced

One bunch of asparagus

2 tbs olive oil

2 tsp butter

Tony Cacherie's (red, black, white pepper)

Salt to taste

Directions

Wash asparagus, and trim woody ends

Heat oil and butter in pan (amounts are approximate)

Add minced garlic, and saute until tender and kitchen is smelling heavenly!

Add asparagus to pan

Sprinkle salt and peppers over asparagus

Cook until tender

Enjoy!

try frying a little bacon first and then using some of the drippings to saute the asaragus in then crumble the bacon back in at the last minute.makes this a tripple treat.
