Hot Chipped Beef Dip Recipe
A quick, delicious hot beef dip that is always a hit at parties. Amazing in bread bowls or on crackers.

Ingredients
  • 2 2oz jars dried beef (minced)
  • 2 8oz packages of cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional (1/2 cup green pepper, 1 cup chopped pecans)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix Well.
  3. Place in oven proof dish (or cockpot).
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Garnish is you like.
  6. Serve hot with crackers or in bread bowl.

Mom always made this with the green pepper chopped up and mixed with the cheese. She would toast the pecans in a tiny amount of butter and top the whole dish with a layer of pecans. It is very very yummy.


This is on a must try list... The guys will love it. Thanks... great post..


Remember to chop the beef fine or it tend to come out lumpy and looks rather gross.
