Grilled Eel Sushi Recipe

Ingredients

1 portion of ready-to-eat Grilled Eel (packed) slice it with same size of Nori (seaweed)

3 cups sushi rice - steamed sushi rice mixed with rice vinegar and sugar (check it recipe for making this)

6 pcs nori (seaweed)

6 pcs sliced cucumber

4 tbs mayonnaise

1 pck Teriyaki sauce (I think normally within grilled eel pack)

Directions

Place SUSHI mat, and 1 pcs Nori, and half cup sushi rice, and spread it over but, leave 1 inch of Nori edge

Put 1/6 shredded eel, cucumber and rub some teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise

Roll it over to the Nori edge and cut them one bite size pcs

Sounds great I LOVE eel sushi and roll my own this is a nice quick fire recipe normaly I grill my own but if you have ever grilled eel you will know it can be kind of Pungent
