Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour the olive oil into a large skillet set over low heat.
  • Add the garlic, pepper flakes and bell peppers and saute until the peppers are soft, about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with the Kosher salt.
  • Increase the heat to high.
  • Toss in the prawns, stir and turn them quickly to the other side, cooking for just 1 minute.
  • Add the lemon juice and wine and cook for 1 or 2 minutes more, until the prawns are just cooked through.
  • Transfer to a platter.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
