How to make it

  • Turn stove on to med. heat.
  • Put on frying pan.
  • Add the extra lean ground beef.
  • And add the diced onion and garlic.
  • Cook a few minutes.
  • Than add a pinch of cayenne.
  • Cook until done, brown.
  • Drain off extra grease.
  • Either use another pan.
  • Or take the cooked beef out of the remaning pan.
  • Add all the bell peppers.
  • Followed with the celery and cook until done or your desired consistency.
  • Re-add the hamburger into the same pan as the vegetables.
  • And mix as you cook.
  • Add some cut up broccoli.
  • I usually hold the broccoli and cut along the top with a knife.
  • Cook a few minutes.
  • Add a few dallops of the VH Asian 5 spice to the mixture.
  • Mix together as your finishing up cooking.
  • Turn down heat and let simmer a few minutes.
  • Put on top of cooked rice and enjoy.
