Beef Stir-fry

- extra lean ground beef shopping list
- half an onion diced shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic minced shopping list
- dash cayenne pepper shopping list
- half red bell pepper cut up shopping list
- half green bell pepper cut up shopping list
- half yellow bell pepper cut up shopping list
- half orange bell pepper cut up shopping list
- 2 celery sticks cut up shopping list
- handful of broccoli shopping list
- VH Asian 5 spice stir-fry sauce shopping list
- cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Turn stove on to med. heat.
- Put on frying pan.
- Add the extra lean ground beef.
- And add the diced onion and garlic.
- Cook a few minutes.
- Than add a pinch of cayenne.
- Cook until done, brown.
- Drain off extra grease.
- Either use another pan.
- Or take the cooked beef out of the remaning pan.
- Add all the bell peppers.
- Followed with the celery and cook until done or your desired consistency.
- Re-add the hamburger into the same pan as the vegetables.
- And mix as you cook.
- Add some cut up broccoli.
- I usually hold the broccoli and cut along the top with a knife.
- Cook a few minutes.
- Add a few dallops of the VH Asian 5 spice to the mixture.
- Mix together as your finishing up cooking.
- Turn down heat and let simmer a few minutes.
- Put on top of cooked rice and enjoy.
