How to make it

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in medium mixing bowl and beat well.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a well greased pie plate.
  • Bake at 400 for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 315 and bake 20 minutes.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.

    Think I'd use ricotta instead of cottage cheese but other than that it sounds very interesting, meow.

    Those Texas estate sales sure paid off for you, eh? They contain some verrry interesting recipes.
    This one has me wondering about the consistency .... that little bit of flour and baking powder ... what does it do .... I think I'll make it! Thanks.
