MEXICANA EGGS
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wadsworth Estate in Greenville, Texas in 1990.

I eat eggs everyday, so I'm always looking for new ways to prepare them. The addition of cottage cheese and green chiles really sounds yummy!!

Those Texas estate sales sure paid off for you, eh? They contain some verrry interesting recipes.
This one has me wondering about the consistency .... that little bit of flour and baking powder ... what does it do .... I think I'll make it! Thanks.

Think I'd use ricotta instead of cottage cheese but other than that it sounds very interesting, meow.
