Quick Hot Biscuits

- Equal parts: shopping list
- Self-rising flour shopping list
- whipping cream shopping list
- Small amount of salad oil or melted butter to brush on tops shopping list
How to make it
- Place flour in bowl making a well in the center
- Add same measure of whipping cream (may need to add lightly more cream depending on weather/humidity to form a slightly sticky dough)
- Stir with a fork until flour is all admpened
- Turn our on to floured surface and knewd just until smooth
- Pat out dough to about 1/3 " thickness and cut with floured biscuit cutter
- Place biscuits in greased pan
- Brush tops with sald oil or melted butter
- Bake 10-12 inutes at 400 or until browned

Well I made them today, and they are wonderful!!! Anyone who has a problem with bisquits need to try these. The bisquits are so easy, quick, light, fluffy and delicious. I could make a meal off them alone. Wonderful-Thanks. Definately 5 forks from me...more
