Mexican Sausauge Casserole

- 1 LLB. ground sausage {I use jimmy deans}Brown and drained shopping list
- 4 oz. can diced green chilies shopping list
- 1 onion diced{Prefer white} shopping list
- 1 green pepper diced shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Monteray Jack or pepper Jack cheese shopping list
- 18 eggs beaten shopping list
- Additions if preferred{sour cream or salsa your choice and amount} shopping list
How to make it
- In a greased slow cooker layer half each- Sausage chilies. onion. Pepper and cheese
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients except eggs and Additions.
- Ending with cheese.
- Pour beaten eggs over Top cover and cook on low setting for 7-8 hours
- Serve with sour cream or salsa
- Given to me by a friend. Serving_ 10-12 people
