Ingredients

How to make it

  • MELT THE BUTTER IN A LARGE POT
  • ADD THE GORGONZOLA CHEESE AND STIR UNTIL IT HAS MELTED
  • ADD THE NUTMEG, BRANDY AND THE CHICKEN STOCK, THEN WHISK IN THE CREAM
  • BRING TO THE BOIL
  • PLACE THE GNOCCHI IN A LARGE PAN AND DREIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL
  • COVER WITH A LID AND COOK UNTIL SOFT IN THE CENTRE
  • REMOVE THE LID AND FRYN UNTIL CRISP AND GOLDEN
  • ADD THE SALMON TO THE SAUCE AND LEAVE IT TO SIMMER FOR TWO MINUTES
  • POUR A LITTLE SAUCE INTO EACH DISH AND TOP WITH GNOCCHI
  • SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT (BE CAREFUL WITH THE SALT) AND FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER AND GARNISH WITH PARMESAN SHAVINGS AND HERS.
  • ENJOY!

    I can't get ready made gnocchi here and don't know if I would if I could. If you ever want to make them from scratch check out my recipe. Salud un rato (cheers for a while)
