An easy recipe for a single loaf of focaccia(easily doubled), which uses a cast iron skillet for it's 2nd rise and to bake. Prep time includes rise times. This can be varied by the herbs and cheese, used.
Prep:60m Cook:15m Servings:4

This sounds good and easy! I've never made one with lemon juice! When I heard the title, I thought it was cooked in the pan, ontop of the stove! LOL! Looks good too! Thanks Keni!

Focaccia is a wonderful bread and your recipe sounds great. I make mine in a sheet pan I will have to try using a cast iron pan next time.
Five forks and a smile :)

VERY GOOD! We loved this! Especially hubby who made an olive oil herb dip (like Zio's) to dip it in! We polished off 3/4 of the thing just between the 3 of us (one being 4, lol)! Thanks Keni!
