Ingredients

8 ounces elbow macaroni

8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8 ounces sour cream

12 ounces small curd cottage cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 cup dry bread crumbs

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)

Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

In 9x13 baking dish, stir together macaroni, shredded cheddar, cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan, salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter.

Sprinkle topping over macaroni mixture.

Bake 30 - 35 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
