Moms Macaroni and Cheese

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni shopping list
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 8 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 12 ounces small curd cottage cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
- Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In 9x13 baking dish, stir together macaroni, shredded cheddar, cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan, salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
- Sprinkle topping over macaroni mixture.
- Bake 30 - 35 minutes, or until top is golden brown.

We must be on the thought wave length I made Mac N Cheese last night.
I like this recipe a lot that addition of cottage cheese and sour cream sound interesting.
