Ok, out of the Raspberry wings and Honey Lime wings, the Honey Lime win on flavor. This was good, but would have been better if I had marinated the chicken before cooking. I used an organic fruit spread, so it was not as sweet as I expected. Next time, I would add some honey to the sauce if using an organic spread/jam/preserve. I basted the chicken wings every 10 minutes and they looked beautiful. Oh, in addition to the soy sauce, I would add sea salt before cooking. The sauce was good alone and could be used as a dipping sauce (hot garlic buttered bread, sounds wonderful), or use it as a topping on pork, beef, or chicken (I would not add salt if using it as a dip or topping). Thanks for the post.
