Topping for Baked Potatoes

When we have a BBQ and baked potatoes are on the menu.. We mix this up. Less to take out and in! We love it, I hope you do too!

1/2 cup softened butter shopping list
1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice shopping list
2 tablespoons green onions sliced thin, green and white. I always add more. shopping list
ground pepper and salt to taste. shopping list

Mix all with an electric mixer, chill. Remove from frig long enough to become room temp.
Easy as that! Enjoy!
