When we have a BBQ and baked potatoes are on the menu.. We mix this up. Less to take out and in! We love it, I hope you do too!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced thin, green and white. I always add more.
  • Ground pepper and Salt to taste.

Directions
  1. Mix all with an electric mixer, chill. Remove from frig long enough to become room temp.
  2. Easy as that! Enjoy!
