Walnut Butter Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • Sift together flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar into large bowl.
  • Add butter and mix well then stir in walnuts.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.

    I made these today. They are GREAT! They are very tender, sweet and don't spread.. Basically a shortbread cookie with nuts. Excellent recipe. I think my god daughter and her family will really like these.
