Wild Rice And Ham Quiche

- 1 ready made pie crust shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 1 cup cooked ham, cubed shopping list
- 1/2 cup wild rice, cooked shopping list
- 1/3 cup red pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup scallion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 4.5 oz. jar mushrooms, sliced and well drained shopping list
- custard shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tbls. Dijon mustard shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 2 cups swiss cheese, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425
- Using a 9 inch pie pan, press crust into bottom and up sides of pan
- DO NOT DOCK CRUST
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Remove from oven and lower heat to 400
- In mixing bowl, add all filling ingredients and mix well
- In another mixing bowl, add eggs and beat until blended
- Add remaining custard ingredients and mix well
- Sprinkle 1 cup of Swiss cheese over bottom of cooled crust
- Spread filling mixture over cheese
- Pour custard mixture over filling
- Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving
