Cap-n-crunch Chicken Recipe

Cap-n-Crunch Chicken Recipe
I saw someone eating a chicken leg cooked like this on TV and had to try it. Breakfast and Dinner together without eating bacon n eggs! It almost tastes like "candied" chicken- no need for sauce. And since it cooks fast the chicken stays moist!

LOL! I'm having such mixed reactions about this recipe, but I really think I'd like it (assuming they haven't changed the ingredients of Cap'n Crunch too much since the last time I had it...I think it's been about 25 years...eeek). I have GOT to try it!

This sounds awesome to me....You could probably bake it in the oven as well as frying it....Thanks for posting it..

If the "Flag as Interesting/Unique" link was EVER meant to be used, now is the time. Haha. Cool idea. Cap 'n Crunch is the best.

I think Planet Hollywood people do a Cap'n Crunch chicken. My daughter loved it....They had some kind of dipping sauce that was very kid friendly. I would love to try this at home.

I'm gonna try this. I LOVE Cap'n Crunch ! But, I'm not telling Joe what the crust is made of ! LOL

What an awesome recipe. The only chicken part I eat is boneless breat and I am running out of ideas. Thanks for this great post!

What a great idea! Thank you for the recipe! I'm going to try this on some chicken wings and I'll bet its just great!

I have been experimenting with making single and multi-stage chicken coatings using breakfast cereals and different grain products for years. This one NEVER made it on the radar scope. My wife is a Cap'n Crunch addict and I'm going to surprise her with this.
