I have been experimenting with making single and multi-stage chicken coatings using breakfast cereals and different grain products for years. This one NEVER made it on the radar scope. My wife is a Cap'n Crunch addict and I'm going to surprise her with this.

HA! This sounds great. My husbands favorite cereal so I MUST try it. I don't think I'll tell him what it is until he eats it though. Thanks!

I think Planet Hollywood people do a Cap'n Crunch chicken. My daughter loved it....They had some kind of dipping sauce that was very kid friendly. I would love to try this at home.

If the "Flag as Interesting/Unique" link was EVER meant to be used, now is the time. Haha. Cool idea. Cap 'n Crunch is the best.

LOL! I'm having such mixed reactions about this recipe, but I really think I'd like it (assuming they haven't changed the ingredients of Cap'n Crunch too much since the last time I had it...I think it's been about 25 years...eeek). I have GOT to try it!
