Spicy Peach Salsa

Fresh, sweet peaches pair wonderfully with the heat of jalapeño peppers in this wonderfully textured salsa.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach, pit removed and chopped shopping list
- 1/3 large jalapeño, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped (less if you’re not a fan) shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- splash of lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Stir again before serving.
