Made this for dinner this evening. It was a fun, easy and totally successful recipe. Puts all the flavor into that bland turkey and saves a ton of calories. Added a photo showing the parts before the last step.

You sure do know what to do with ground turkey. I'm gonna make this for my Mr. SuchAFuss. He isn't feeling to well today and I think this will be just what he's looking for with some potato and cheese pierogis on the side.

Thank you, PleClare! this sounds lovely and full of flavor. Will try it on the King of my Heart, and cross my fingers!!! (beef higher in calories, yucky taste, my opinion) He loves beef, and is not to eat much for medical reasons, but I guess he is also the king of da nile!!
Happy St. Valentine's Day!! Wishing you a tad of dizziness!!

55555 for the great post. would garlic be good too?
