It is really easy cooking those amazing little chops. Just make sure and let each side cook and look like the pics. I will cook them again and come up with my cooking time. I cook by seeing them get black on the edge and there is a bubbling going on like a mad man. So yummy and easy, just let them cook. JJ

Hi. Tried these tonight. I didn't have Lowrys, so I used some Old Bay, McCormick Garlic & Herb (Love my garlic), sea salt and black pepper. They turned out great. Served with saffron rice and black eyed peas.
