Scallop Fried Rice is sold at a premium in restaurants because it falls under the category of seafood and seafood is always expensive in restaurants. So why not cook it yourself!

Awesome recipe! I bought some very large scallops and replaced the anchovies with fish sauce. It turned out great! I also added some thawed peas and diced carrot and what a meal!
