Greek-tacular Pasta Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add farfalle & cook until al dente, then strain & place in medium sized bowl.
  • Stir in the Greek dressing & mayonnaise until farfalle is well coated. Fold in radishes, cucumbers, chick peas & feta. Cover & chill until ready for serving.

    This was sooo yummy! I used some basil-garlic flavored penne pasta I somehow acquired (darn that Trader Joe's!!!), omitted the radishes and threw in some grape tomatoes (sundried would have gone better!). I used a homemade Greek dressing for here - I think "Absolutely Fabulous..." excellent! A new favorite for us!

    This recipe is soooo good! I skipped the feta cheese, because I don't care for it, but made it exactly as written in every other way. Yum! I will make this one again!

    This looks interesting, Never tried Greek dressing before so will need to find it in the store, or make it from a recipe. I will add this recipe to my saved recipes and give it a try. Thank you my new buddy.

    I prefer Maple Grove Farms Fat Free dressing. Also, if you have a Leo's coney island nearby, they sell an awesome greek dressing!!! Hope that helps... :)

    Looks really good. Do you use a particular brand of Greek dressing or use a certain recipe? There are so many not so good salad dressing out there that we have tried. I'd like to try a tried and true one. Thanks
