Sausage Stuffed Shells

This is a stuffed shell version that I came up with that was inspired by a stuffed mushroom recipe I have. They are very rich so I would just serve them as a side or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 Box of jumbo pasta shells shopping list
- 1 lb mild Italian sausage shopping list
- 1 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions shopping list
- 1 can mushrooms drained shopping list
- 2 cups alfredo sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Cook shell according to package directions
- Brown sausage in skillet until cooked through and drain
- Add softened cream cheese, chopped onions, and mushrooms to the sausage and mix well.
- Fill shells with sausage mixture and place in greased casserole dish.
- Pour alfredo sauce ove the top of shells
- Bake at 350 for 25 min
