Northern Michigans Chilli Dog Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef (hamburger)

1 Large onion diced

1 dry pack Tacobell taco seasoning mix

1 dry pack enchilada seasoning mix

skin on hotdogs (Gordons food service make the best ones)

hot dog buns

2-3 onions chopped (For topping a finished chillidog)

mustard

Directions

In a large fry pan or sauce pan cook and crumble hamburger and onion together.

Continue cooking untill it is fully cooked and the onions are opaque.

Add the twqo packets of dry sauce mix and water.

Cook until water is about gone, around 5 minutes.

Light up the BBQ grill or in some way cook the hot hogs.

Assemble and enjoy. (bun, hotdog, chilli, mustard, fresh onions on top
