Northern Michigans Chilli Dog Sauce

These hotdogs will make you believe your in a chillidog speciality shop. Here in Northwest Michigan We know our Chilli dogs. And We cook for crowds. This is perfect for a BBQ, family get-together, or a pot luck dish at work.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef (hamburger) shopping list
- 1 Large onion diced shopping list
- 1 dry pack Tacobell taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 dry pack enchilada seasoning mix shopping list
- skin on hotdogs (Gordons food service make the best ones) shopping list
- hot dog buns shopping list
- 2-3 onions chopped (For topping a finished chillidog) shopping list
- mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In a large fry pan or sauce pan cook and crumble hamburger and onion together.
- Continue cooking untill it is fully cooked and the onions are opaque.
- Add the twqo packets of dry sauce mix and water.
- Cook until water is about gone, around 5 minutes.
- Light up the BBQ grill or in some way cook the hot hogs.
- Assemble and enjoy. (bun, hotdog, chilli, mustard, fresh onions on top
