Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In resealable plastic bag, add flour, taco seasoning and salt
  • Seat bag and combine
  • In shallow bowl, beat egg and milk
  • Dip chicken into egg mixture
  • Put in bag and shake to coat
  • Bake on greased baking sheet for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear

    This is so good. I always brine my chicken in salt water before I bake or fry it. Last night's came out juicy and golden brown and crispy. Not an overload of taco flavor but very good. Sorry I didn't get a pic for ya, we were so hungry and it smelled and looked so good. I will definitely be doing this again.

    I had the idea of making the leftovers into chicken tacos, too....what leftovers? lol

    This sounds very good! Maybe I can cut up the chicken after its baked and put it in a soft taco with some salsa, lettuce and shredded cheese!

    Using boneless skinless breasts and making taco tenders.....big side salad with chunks of avocado,salad dressing made of 1/2 ranch and 1/2 salsa, cilantro rice with a can of drained black beans and I'm gonna be a rock star!! Thanks for the great recipe hon! Yo Quiero Taco Chicken!
