Ingredients

1/2 cup flour

1 envelope taco seasoning (there are several very good recipes for taco seasoning on this site)

1/4 tsp. salt

1 egg

1 tbls. milk

1 chicken (3-4 lb.), cut up (I've used chicken wings too)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In resealable plastic bag, add flour, taco seasoning and salt

Seat bag and combine

In shallow bowl, beat egg and milk

Dip chicken into egg mixture

Put in bag and shake to coat

Bake on greased baking sheet for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear
