Absolutely Fabulous Greek House Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1/4c and 2 tsp. olive oil

3/4tsp garlic powder

3/4tsp dried oregano

3/4tsp dried basil

1/2tsp pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2tsp dijon-style mustard

1/3c and 1Tbs red wine vinegar.

!/2 tsp or so sugar(optional)

Directions

In a container,mix together olive oil,garlic powder,oregano,basil,pepper,salt,onion powder and dijon mustard.

Pour in the vinegar,and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

There's a drive-in restaurant here in town over on the East side called "The Pizza Palace." Well, if you want to eat one of the BEST salads in the world, go there and order a chef's salad with Italian dressing. This sounds very close to theirs, so it's getting a try one day next week.
