Didn't have the strawberries. The recipe sounds like it would be good with any ol' fruit so I dropped in a frozen banana and was going to put a mango and papaya in there but my sour cream was bad. So off to the store for strawberries and sour cream. Left the banana in the mix 'cause it was already in there.

Mix tastes good. You didn't say whether it was for drinkig, dipping, or spooning over something - say, angel food cake. It's in the fridge now cooling its heels for 8 hours or overnight.

Someone please put an alarm on the fridge door.

Wow, that sounds quite delicious.. and decadant. Definitely low fat. =P I'm not quite sure how thick this would be.. do you eat it by itself? Sounds like it would also be good instead of whipped cream for strawberry shortcake, and maybe even as a strawberry cannoli filling.
