	main beef meatloaf peppers chilies tabasco cumin tomato garlic onion

Ingredients

3 pounds ground beef

1 onion chopped

3 garlic cloves minced

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce

1/2 teaspoon cumin

8 ounce can tomato sauce

4 tablespoons chili powder

7 ounce can chopped green chilies

3 eggs

1/2 cup corn meal

Directions

Hand mix all ingredients and form into a loaf pan then allow to sit 10 minutes.

Bake at 350 for one hour then serve.
