How to make it

  • Whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the peanut butter and whisk until smooth. Mix in the whipping cream and milk. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.

    Wow what a great recipe for sure. I sub peanut butter with Reese's Spread (my DS#2 suggestion) and added a little vanilla extract. Worked great so it shows how versatile this recipe is. Will be making again and hope next time to add some nutella spread or use the peanut butter.
