Nabisco Cheese Cake Recipe
I made this many years ago when it first came out on the back of the nabisco gram cracker crumb box.

Ingredients
  • CHEESECAKE
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • CRUST:
  • 1 3/4 c. Nabisco graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
  • 21 oz. can cherry or blueberry pie filling or fresh strawberries

Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add remaining 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Blend in sour cream.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes or until firm.
  7. TURN OFF OVEN, leaving door slightly ajar, allow cheesecake to remain in oven for 1 hour.
  8. Cool and chill.
  9. Crust:
  10. Thoroughly blend first two ingredients and 1/4 cup sugar.
  11. Press firmly against bottom and 2 1/2 inches up the sides of an 8 inch spring form pan.
