    Aw, I have to agree Louisiana hot sauce is far superior. We have a restaurant in town that serves a sauce called "Slap my A** and Call me Sally" that is wonderful, not only kicky but it has great flavor beyond the heat. One of my favorites.

    These are fantastic. I have a similar and very old recipe, but it doesn't have the jalapenos, which my parents or grandparents would not have had. Now that they are available in groceries, they would be great. I'm adding them. Love it. Ditch the Tabasco, go for Louisiana Hot Sauce.
