Choke the Chicken Egg Salad

- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced small shopping list
- 3 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup pickle relish shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonaise - low fat shopping list
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt - non-fat shopping list
- 2/3 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp stoneground brown mustard shopping list
- 1 stalks celery, minced (quantity to your taste) shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion minced shopping list
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon minced shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- * In a bowl, mix together chopped eggs, pickle relish, diced celery, chopped onions, tarragon, lemon pepper, and cut up chicken. Blend in mayonnaise until desired consistancy is achieved.
- * Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours before using. Spread on your choice of bread or serve on a fresh bed of greens or stuff a tomatoe or lap it out of your hand. Whatever makes you happy :)
