Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Knead the meats, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, salt and pepper together until the mixture is uniform.
  • Add beaten eggs, milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.
  • Form mixture into 2 loaves and place in un-greased, deep baking dish.
  • Bake for 1¼ to 1½ hours.
  • Remove and drain off the grease/liquid from the pan. Allow to cool 10-15 minutes. Cut into generous slices and serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
  • DO NOT BE OFFENDED IF GUESTS ADD CATSUP INSTEAD OF GRAVY TO THE MEATLOAF! (I enjoy catsup on my meatloaf.)

    Nice Recipe Mike. If Ya Really Want To Kick It Up Another Notch, Cook Your Meatloaf Out On The Grill. Just Off-Set Your Coals, Make Your Loaf 'bout 3-4" thick And Cook Directly On Foil Placed On The Grates. Cooks In 'bout The Same Time As In Oven.
