Mikes Favorite Meatloaf

- 2 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb lean ground pork shopping list
- 1 large onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced shopping list
- 8-10 slices bread, crumbed/crumbled shopping list
- salt and ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1½ cups cold whole milk shopping list
- 3 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard shopping list
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Knead the meats, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, salt and pepper together until the mixture is uniform.
- Add beaten eggs, milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Form mixture into 2 loaves and place in un-greased, deep baking dish.
- Bake for 1¼ to 1½ hours.
- Remove and drain off the grease/liquid from the pan. Allow to cool 10-15 minutes. Cut into generous slices and serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
- DO NOT BE OFFENDED IF GUESTS ADD CATSUP INSTEAD OF GRAVY TO THE MEATLOAF! (I enjoy catsup on my meatloaf.)

OH yeah...this sounds fabulous! Ketchup-less meatloaf is the BEST meatloaf! lol This is on my menu next week!
